MOVIE NIGHTS AT THE LIBRARY

We are very excited to welcome you back to the library for in-person movie nights beginning this October.

We will be resuming our popular screenings of recently released films in the Rotary Room, but with a few improvements to promote public safety:

  • LIMITED AUDIENCE SIZE – Only 30 tickets will be sold for each screening.
  • MORE SCREENINGS – we will show the same film several times each month so everyone gets to see it.
  • PROOF OF VACCINATION – must be shown before entering the Rotary Room.
  • ACTIVE SCREENING – contact tracing will be collected from everyone before entering.
  • FACEMASKS – must be worn at all times during the film.
  • NO FOOD OR DRINK PERMITTED

Movie tickets are still only $2.00 per person and must be purchased ahead of time at the circulation desk in the library.

PLEASE: plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early and have your movie ticket, photo ID and proof of vaccination ready to show at the door. If you need to print off your proof of vaccination ahead of time, CLICK HERE.

A man (Hopkins) refuses all assistance from his daughter (Colman) as he ages. As he tries to make sense of his changing circumstances, he begins to doubt his loved ones, his own mind and even the fabric of his reality. Nominated for multiple awards, this film features two of the most talked about performances of 2021, including Anthony Hopkins’ Oscar-winning performance. VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISED: some scenes contain coarse language and mature subject matter.
