Frequently Asked Questions

How do I join the Summer Reading Club?

Summer Reading Club Registration starts on June 27th, but you can sign up anytime after that as well. Just visit us here at the Library to register and get your free poster and booklet.

How much does the Summer Reading Club cost?

The Summer Reading Club is absolutely free, thanks to financial support from the TD bank!

When does the Summer Reading Club take place?

You can participate any time the library is open. Just bring your books to the reporting station and tell us about what you've been reading.   You can earn stickers for your poster and enter to win some great prizes! We'll also be offering weekly meetings and Summer Reading Club programs throughout July and August. Check out the Library's website or the Summer newsletter (available mid-June) for dates and times!

If someone can't read yet, can they still join?

Yes! Preschoolers are welcome to join in the fun. Good listening counts and helps to develop literacy skills.
