Donations can be made to the Scugog Memorial Public Library Capital Campaign by cheque, Visa, or MasterCard. Four options are available.

1) Drop off your donation in person at the Library during our hours of operation.
 
2) Call 905.985.7686 or
 
3) Download the printable pledge form and mail it to us at Scugog Memorial Public Library, P.O. Box 1049, Port Perry, ON L9L 1A8.
